Fresh garlic scapes are only available for a short time in late spring/early summer (usually between June and July).  Your fresh scapes will stay nice for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator before they start to wither, or they can be frozen so that you can enjoy that pesto well into fall!  PRE-ORDER TODAY and we'll ship when they're ready.  Don't miss out!
