All of our garlic is Certified Naturally Grown!  We sell our smaller bulbs that are not premium seed as table garlic. They are not seconds or less flavorful in any way but are generally smaller than the at least 1.75" diameter bulbs we send for seed garlic orders.  Generally these bulbs are between 1.5" and 1.75'" in diameter.
